How Cop Cultural reviews sneakers and streetwear before they reach you — from sourcing checks to condition inspection and packaging.
Why authentication matters
Cop Cultural is a marketplace for exclusive footwear, apparel, and collectibles. Every product we fulfil goes through a structured review so you know what you are buying before it ships. Authentication is not a single step — it is a chain of checks across sourcing, receiving, and dispatch from our Mumbai operations.
What we verify
For sneakers, our team examines box labels, size tags, stitching, materials, and silhouette-specific details that vary by brand and model. We compare against known reference points for the SKU and flag inconsistencies before an item is approved for sale or shipment.
- Supplier and sourcing channel validation for each order line.
- Physical inspection of materials, construction, and packaging.
- Condition check — new, unworn inventory only for standard catalogue items.
- Final review before dispatch to the customer.
Sourced vs in-hand inventory
Some products are in-hand and ready to ship faster; others are sourced after you order. Sourced items follow the same authentication standards but may have longer lead times while we secure and verify the pair. Estimated delivery windows are shown on the product page.
If you have questions about a specific order, contact us with your Order ID via WhatsApp or email at support@copcultural.com.
If something goes wrong
We stand behind the condition of products we deliver. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video. See our returns and refund policy for full requirements.
